Welcome to Photodeal (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Photodeal is a mobile application that allows users to take or upload a photo or screenshot of a product, after which the App uses the web to find alternative products (“Dupe Finder Service”). While we strive to provide useful alternative suggestions, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided.

3. User Accounts and Anonymous Sign In

• Users access the App through an anonymous sign-in process.
• No personally identifiable information (other than the photo you choose to upload) is collected during sign in.
• It is your responsibility to safeguard any credentials associated with your anonymous session.

4. User-Provided Content

• Photos/Screenshots: When you upload images through the App, they are used solely for the purpose of finding similar products.
• Storage: While we currently do not permanently store these images, we may revisit our data practices in the future. In any case, we commit to handling any data provided in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the photos you upload do not infringe on any copyright, contain sensitive information, or violate the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

• The name "Photodeal" is used as the app’s identifier.
• All intellectual property rights in the App’s design, content, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the App without our express written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

• Our service may integrate with third-party platforms such as Supabase (for backend services) and RevenueCat (for in-app purchases/subscriptions).
